Certificate 9592 covers windows including AWS 75.SI+ and AWS 90.SI+, AD UP 75 doors and the ASE 80.HI sliding system. The assessment considers material health and how materials can return to the production cycle.

Certificate 49 covers the design, development and sale of aluminium systems in Bielefeld, Wertingen and Padua. The ASI audit assesses environmental, social and governance practices in the aluminium value chain.
Certificate 209 covers accounting for and tracing certified aluminium across named Schüco operations in Germany, France, Italy and the UK. Its scope includes anodising and coating by contractors.
DQS audited the quality management system of Schüco International KG and the sites listed in the annex. Its scope spans aluminium and PVC-U systems from design and production to assembly and maintenance.
TÜV Italia certified the environmental management system of Schüco International Italia in Padua. Its scope covers sales and technical support for aluminium systems, sample assembly and testing, and component storage.
Schüco’s Bielefeld headquarters earned the DGNB Platinum rating for new office buildings with an overall score of 85%. The assessment included environmental, economic, technical and operational qualities.
DGNB also awarded Schüco One its Diamond distinction for architectural and cultural design quality. This distinction applies to the headquarters designed by architecture practice 3XN.
Schüco reported the Platinum LEED rating for its headquarters. Transport access, energy consumption, materials and indoor environmental quality contributed to the rating. The date shown is the company’s announcement.
The building scored 80.48% under BREEAM. Energy, water, materials and environmental impact contributed to the assessment. Schüco had received the assessor’s validation by the date shown. The project record does not give the final certificate’s issue date.
